How TBB points work

Earning points
Points are added after your purchase is paid and confirmed. For every Rp100.000 you spend, you earn 3 points on TBB Basic or 10 points on TBB Plus, in multiples.

1 TBB point is worth Rp1.000 off. Use your points as a discount on your next purchase.

Moving up to TBB Plus
When your total spend in a calendar year goes above Rp2.000.000, you move up to TBB Plus automatically.

When points expire
TBB points are valid for one year from the day you earn them. We send reminders before they expire, by email, WhatsApp, or the app, depending on your notification settings.

How do I join MyTBB?
Create a free account on our website or in the MyTBB app. Joining is free, and whatever you spend, you become a member right away.
When do my points show up?
After your purchase is paid and confirmed, so they may not appear right away. If they are still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we will check it.
How do I move up to TBB Plus?
It happens automatically. When your total spend in a calendar year goes above Rp2.000.000, your account moves up to TBB Plus. There is nothing to apply for.
Do my points expire?
Yes. TBB points are valid for one year from the day you earn them. We send reminders before they expire.
Where can I use Bottle Bank?
Bottle Bank is available at our offline stores. Packaging must be dry and cleaned, and sample-size packaging is not included.
